    Donut is a very sweet, loving and easy going little girl looking for a new home! When she got lost from her family, she patiently waited at the shelter for them to rescue her. No one ever came. Sadly, Donut was injured and ran out of time. When we heard she was going to be euthanized, we had to rush a volunteer out to get her! We had Donut thoroughly examined by our vet, and she is doing very well. She has a little arthritis in her neck and legs, and has a wobbly little walk, but is otherwise fine.     When sweet little Shante was found by animal control, she had a wire tied around her mouth. A good Samaritan saw her in the high kill shelter and decided to adopt her. Sadly, Shante's adopter was just diagnosed with cancer and between surgery and chemo, she does not have the time or energy for Shante.     Wally is a sweet little dog who's had a series of unlucky breaks and deserves a really nice home. Wally got lost from his family and ended up in a high kill shelter. When his time ran out a good Samaritan thought they'd rescue him but didn't really have a plan. So they gave him to a neighbor who kept him on the balcony with an old empty Amazon box as his bed.
